Erin Holloway is the founder and lead listing specialist of Holloway Home Group. Since 2007, she has passionately served her local community by providing her clients with easy and stress-free home buying and selling experiences. Holding real estate licenses in both Tennessee and Louisiana, Erin now leads a curated team of realtors who specialize in serving the counties of Middle Tennessee and the greater Nashville area.
Erin and the Holloway Home Group team concentrate on relocation, expired listings, For Sale By Owner, new construction, first time home buyers, and luxury homes. Erin provides her clients with a unique expertise in selling expired listings and for-sale-by-owner home sales. Using a combination of pricing strategies, aggressive marketing skills, and an attention to detail, Erin takes homes that have previously been sitting on the market and gets them sold for the most money in the least amount of time.
Erin’s enthusiasm for serving her clients with excellence has led her to be a four time graduate of the Keller Williams BOLD program, and a recipient of the Keller Williams Expire Certification.
As a resident of Nashville, Erin loves exploring the unique offerings both in and around “Music City.” When she isn’t helping clients or leading her team of agents, she can be found hiking and kayaking with her four-legged friend, Loxley, cheering on LSU Tigers Football, or fishing Tennessee’s lakes with her dad.
