Heather Baumgartel has been passionate about real estate since she became an investor in 2015. One year later, that passion inspired her to begin a new career as an agent. In 2022, Heather joined Holloway Home Group, where she is now excited to explore residential and investment real estate within a team setting. 

Heather’s background as an inside sales agent for an automation company helped provide valuable experience in sales and business. She carried those skills with her into the real estate industry. Her drive to serve with excellence even pushed her to achieve the title of Million Dollar Producer in her first four years as a real estate agent.

When Heather is not diligently working toward the next real estate transaction, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenagers. Heather loves listening to Prince or spending time outdoors. She also loves cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins, representing her home state of Pennsylvania well. 

Nashville is now home-sweet-home for Heather. But before moving to Tennessee, Heather lived in three other states. She even purchased a house sight unseen before moving across the country. The challenge of relocating her family allowed Heather to experience the emotional side of moving. She now draws from that experience, helping clients find new homes where they can build new memories.
