A: We love that the house is tucked away with a privacy barrier of trees on two sides of our house. Daffodils explode around our woods in the spring. The house was recently remodeled, so it feels new. It has lots of light in every room. We love sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. We love having friends over for fires in the evenings when it gets cool. It’s on a quiet road. It had a country feel with proximity to the highway.
Q: What drew you to your property originally?
A: We loved that it’s the perfect size for a small family. We loved the fact that we could live in a quiet, rural-feeling neighborhood but be located right off the interstate. We loved that we had a lush and large yard with an extra large lot, and a cute porch. A split floor plan was huge for us as well.
Q: Where do you love to eat?
A: Zanders Woodfired Pizza in Dickson, Whiskey Fire BBQ food truck, Pumphrey and Beard Coffee in Dickson, Skyking in Kingston Springs, Back Alley BBQ; Cracker Barrel is right around the corner!
Q. Where do you love to shop?
A: Country View market is one of our favorites! Hobby Lobby, Ross, Lowes, and Aldi are all a convenient 5 minutes away. Bellevue is a short 20 minute drive to lots of shopping as well.
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: Our neighbors basically keep to themselves. It’s super quiet, but if there’s ever a need, neighbors are friendly and willing to help with anything. Very safe and the speed limit is 30 mph. Neighborhood is mostly long-time residents.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?
A: Stuart Burns elementary and Burns middle school are both really great schools in the area! Our friends speak very highly of them.
Q. What drew you to the town?
A: It’s an up and coming suburb—country setting with access to city amenities. Good country folks and quality people.
