Q: What do you love about your current home?
A: My favorite part of the home is the three season room overlooking the backyard and the woods. There are no houses behind us so it is pure nature's beauty! We see a lot of deer and turkeys in the woods and our bird feeders draw a wide variety of birds. The HOA is responsible for mowing, trimming and mulching so we can just sit back and enjoy the view!
Q: What drew you to your current home originally?
A: The house is pretty on the outside, we liked the floor plan and the fact the lot backs up to woods that cannot be built on. The house is a one level house with the exception of a bonus room and full bath upstairs, and it's nice to have everyone on one floor, including the master bedroom and laundry.
Q: Where do you love to eat and shop?
A: We are located on the Smyrna/ Murfreesboro line so it is a quick trip to The Avenue or to the restaurants on Sam Ridley.
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: Our neighborhood is comprised of young couples with infants all the way up to retired folks. Everyone is friendly and we have sidewalks so it is a very walkable area. I will definitely miss our neighbors! Another thing I like about the neighborhood is that there are cul-de-sacs on both ends of Saltville Court, and it's not a through street so traffic is kept to a minimum. It's a quiet area.
