The home exterior features smart locks, smart lights, and smart irrigation. Inside, the home includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This Middle Tennessee townhome also offers spacious living areas; its open-concept Amber floor plan is ideal for hosting gatherings. With 1,632 square feet of living space, this townhouse for sale in Lebanon is a fantastic option for a family moving to Middle Tennessee.

Living Room

The inviting living area features neutral wall tones and light plank flooring. Two sizable windows draw in natural daylight and open to a view of lush greenery. The open-concept layout connects the living room to the kitchen and dining areas, creating a welcoming space for entertaining guests.

Kitchen and Dining Area

Linen cabinets, granite countertops, and designer subway tile create an aesthetically pleasing, desirable kitchen. The space also includes several appliances, like a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and an oven and range. Additionally, the kitchen island features bartop seating, offering space for quick meals.

The open-concept floor plan allows the homeowner to connect with their guests from the kitchen to the dining room table. But while the kitchen and dining spaces flow seamlessly from one to the other, they still have distinct qualities. A small wall is a visual cue signaling where the dining area begins. The dining space also features a hanging light fixture that signifies the center of the dining area. This lovely dining space is an ideal setting for casual hangouts or special occasions with family and friends.

Guest Rooms

This Lebanon townhouse offers two guest bedrooms. Either room could easily transform into a nursery, game room, or home office space. Both rooms have comfortable carpeting, closet space, and a window to fill the room with plenty of natural light. Both rooms are homey spaces fit for both residents or overnight guests.

Primary Bedroom

An eye-catching accent wall is the first notable feature of the primary bedroom. The muted green wall complements the neutral wall tones and light carpeting. This serene primary bedroom also features daily conveniences like a large walk-in closet and a lovely primary bathroom. Dual vanities and a tiled walk-in shower add to the convenient benefits that make this primary suite a comfortable place to begin and end each day.

Here’s What The Current Owners Have To Say:

Q: What do you love about your property?

A: It’s been the perfect starter home for us as newlyweds while still giving us extra space to grow into. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and all of the neighbors we’ve met have been more than kind and hospitable! The location is convenient when it comes to shopping and grocery stores. It’s pet friendly and in a great school district.

Q: What drew you to your property originally?

A: Location and design! Our open floor plan provides a way more roomy feel than most townhomes can offer! We back up to a tree line, which has kept our backyard private.

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: Town Square Social, Jonathan’s (Mt. Juliet), Sammy B’s!

Q. Where do you love to shop?

A: All the boutiques on the Lebanon Square, Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, Target, Home Depot, and Lowe’s!

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?

A: It’s safe, clean, quiet, well lit, maintained, and pet friendly. The sidewalks are convenient for our evening walks. They’re almost finished with the community pool, which looks like it’s going to be lovely, and they’re building a learning center at the entrance of the neighborhood.

Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?

A: We’re in the Wilson County Schools district, and there is a learning center being built in our neighborhood.

Q. What drew you to the town?

A: Everyone is friendly, and it has the perfect mixture of big-city/small-town feel! There are great food options, parks, churches, and schools within the city. I never imagined I’d live in small-town Lebanon, TN, but now I can’t imagine us anywhere else!
