Q: What do you love about your current home?

A: I love the street we live on and our neighbors. I love our open floor plan! I love all of our windows and the natural sunlight that we get throughout the day.

 

Q: What drew you to your current home originally?

A: I grew up in Nolensville, TN! I have always loved the hometown feel. When Ben and I were dating in college, we would come to my parent's house who currently live in Nolensville. Ben really enjoyed the small town/country feel, so we decided to build in Nolensville! 

 

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: In general, we LOVE Chick-fil-A!!! We also love Uncle Julios. In Nolensville, we enjoy eating at Martin's Barbecue, Oscar's Taco Shop, Amico's Pizza, Mama's Java, and Yuno's Sushi!!

 

Q: Where do you love to shop?

A: TJ Max, Target, Nolensville Ace Hardware, and little boutiques in Nolensville, such as Small Town Charm, The Painted Dragonfly, Three French Hens, and Nolensville Toy Shop. 

 

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?

A: Our neighborhood has such a community feel. Everyone is always so friendly. Most of the time when you look out your window, you will see people out walking, walking their dogs, or children out playing. Directly behind our house is the community garden and the dog park! We have absolutely loved growing a garden the past two summers while letting our dog play in the dog park.

 

Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?

A: We are zoned for A.Z. Kelley Elementary School, Thurgood Marshall Middle School, and Cane Ridge High School.

 

Q. What drew you to the town?

A: Carothers Farms is located right off of Burkitt Road in Nolensville, TN. The neighborhood is located about five minutes from I-24. Carothers Farms is just minutes away from the historic downtown Nolensville and a short 20-minute drive to the Brentwood and Cool Springs area. Ben and I both work in the downtown Nashville area, and we really wanted to live outside the city after we got married to get more of the country feel. I grew up in Nolensville and absolutely loved living there. Ben fell in love with all of the two-lane back roads and all of the farmland throughout the town. We enjoy walking our dog throughout the trails both in Carothers Farms and throughout the Cane Ridge Park right beside Carothers Farms. Ben enjoys mountain biking throughout the trails in Cane Ridge Park. Throughout the summer and fall months, we love going to the Saturday farmers market in historic Nolensville.
