Introduction to 275 Page Dr.
Gorgeous landscaping and vibrant brick exterior make the perfect introduction to the home on 275 Page Drive. The front walkway leads up to a tranquil fountain scene, just before reaching the stairway to the front door. Meanwhile, the backyard offers the same kind of peaceful outdoor setting. Tall trees, a back patio, and a rod-iron privacy fence offer a glimpse of the serenity of Mt. Juliet suburbs. Inside, the home holds three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and open living areas. A few of the other key benefits include new appliances and an updated master bathroom. Together the interior and exterior provide a wonderful setting for a new family seeking to live in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The dining room is a vision of class and elegance. Its wainscoting and warm, natural wall color are lovely complements to the columns located around the room. Conveniently, the dining area and additional front room converge, offering the option for an even larger space for entertaining. The large windows also invite a flood of daylight that broadens the whole room. This space is poised for entertaining, whether hosting a formal dinner gathering or enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal with the family.
A wrap-around counter and a significant amount of cabinet space make this kitchen the quintessential place for meal prep. The room hosts all new stainless steel appliances, making it advantageous for any chef. And the room is not only practical but visually appealing as well. With the warm tone of the cabinets, a sophisticated backsplash, and recessed lighting, it’s a great combination of distinguished and stylish. As a final touch, this space extends beyond the bartop seating area into another space for dining. The kitchen in this home has everything necessary for creating an appetizing menu of meals.
The living room renders a full view into the eat-in kitchen. In keeping with the color scheme of the rest of the area, the wall tones are light. While the spaces seem to coalesce, the cozy carpeting establishes the living room as its own entertainment space. The dark ceiling fan also gives the room a unique character element. Naturally, this living room hosts plenty of personality for conversation and company.
Tray ceilings are a stunning highlight of the master bedroom. And this room has more to offer in the way of design and luxury, including a large walk-in closet. Then, beyond the natural wall tone and homey carpeting, its major advantage is the connected master bathroom. In a spa-like fashion, the plank tile floors invite each guest further into the master bathroom. It has a separate shower and bathtub, which are both surrounded by a matching tile pattern. Dual vanities top off the space with an element of convenience. The entire master suite sets the stage for comfortability.
Here’s What The Current Owners Have To Say:
Q: What do you love about your current home?
A: When inside, you have beautiful views of the farm behind us. In fact, we get deer sightings daily. We have lovely neighbors who are quick to help if we need anything. The layout of the home allows some separation without feeling too far apart.
Q: What drew you to your current home originally?
A: The neighborhood has sidewalks, a community pool, and the houses are not “cookie-cutter.” It’s located near Providence, but it’s just as easy to access I40 by Hermitage.
Q: Where do you love to eat?
A: El Comal, Corner Pub, Big Bad Wolf Smokehouse Grill, and Longhorn Steakhouse
Q: Where do you love to shop?
A: Providence is very near, but there are smaller boutiques on Mt. Juliet Road if you want to avoid the traffic. We love Publix on N. Mt. Juliet Road.
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: The neighborhood was built up by different contractors, so the houses don’t all look the same. Several green spaces are well-kept by the HOA, including the entry area and community pool area. They have several community events each year like and Easter egg hunt, pool party, and the community yard sale.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?
A: My child didn’t attend the local schools, but I have only heard nice things. It’s a quiet area. There are many local activities at Charlie Daniels Park throughout the year.
Q: What drew you to the town?
A: I love the location. Interstate 40 East gives an easy commute to downtown, and the train station nearby allowed me to occasionally take the Music City Star downtown to work. The area has equal access to Mt. Juliet and Hermitage, so you can shop local or at large chains. You have access to a Regal movie theater and local events like the Christmas parade, Fourth of July fireworks, events at Charlie Daniels Park, like the annual Powwow.
