A: It is ideal for people in all stages of their life. There are young couples all the way up to retirees. The neighborhood is very pet friendly. The lake is the hidden gem of Franklin. Residents can enjoy a walk around the lake, fish, take a paddle boat or canoe for a trip on the water. There is a play area on the peninsula for kids. It is convenient to the interstate and several major roads.

A: Schools are some of the best in the state. There are several highly accredited private schools close to the neighborhood. It is only a few miles from downtown Franklin and many parks.
