Here’s What The Current Owner Has To Say:
Q: What do you love about your current home?
A: It’s a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. It has a really nice backyard, and it’s a really short drive to downtown, I24, I65, and really anywhere else you need to get to.
Q: What drew you to your current home originally?
A: I grew up in this home, and bought the house from my parents. I’ve had the same neighbors my whole life, and I grew up playing with their kids. They remain as much family to me as anyone. Also, the large backyard has been great to play with my dog in.
Q: Where do you love to eat?
A: El Ranchero- this house is really close to many great restaurants.
Q: Where do you love to shop?
A: Opry Mills Mall, Cool Springs Mall, and Green Hills mall are all a short drive away.
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: It’s a quiet neighborhood with young families just getting started and older couples that have lived here as long as I remember. Very much an animal friendly neighborhood, great for walking you dog or going for a walk/run.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?
A: Really close to the elementary, middle, and high school.
Q: What drew you to the town?
A: I grew up in Nashville, and have loved the events, Predators games, concerts, parks, food, etc. It’s got as much of the big city feel as you want, but outside of downtown it has the charm of a simpler life. You can make Nashville whatever you want it to be.
