Q: What do you love about your property?
A: The kitchen and primary suite windows are on three sides of each room, offering great backyard views, lots of light, and a feeling of space. The house provides an open concept between the kitchen and living room for time with family. The layout of the other parts of the house (den, dining room, bedrooms) gives more privacy. I love the kitchen. It has a wonderful pantry and appliances for cooking, baking, and entertaining. We like the large, fenced-in backyard. The house is on a quiet street with no through traffic, which is good for walking, and the neighborhood is very friendly with quiet neighbors.
Q: What drew you to your property originally?
A: The neighborhood has bigger lots and brick homes. The location is ideal for accessing I65 (five minutes away), schools, medical centers, and shopping areas. The street does not have through traffic. The property is in Williamson County rather than the City of Franklin.

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: It is a friendly neighborhood where neighbors greet each other on walks and wave as you drive by them on the road. We especially enjoy the four miles of private and secluded walking/biking trails (non-motorized) in the woods along the Harpeth River and a 5-mile creek. It is an oasis that makes you think you're in a park. The trails and roads in the neighborhood are safe enough to walk at any time. We love all the amenities provided solely for the residents, like a swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball court, trail system, basketball court, softball diamond, soccer field, kayak put-in, fishing in the Harpeth, and large green space. The swimming pool and sports courts are for residents only and are rarely busy.

A: It is a short, easy drive to downtown Franklin and other local sites, including Carnton Plantation and the walking trails there. The Berry Farms development is only two miles away, providing quick access to shopping, grocery, dining, and medical facilities. It will be difficult for us to leave this house. It has become our peaceful home and respite.
