A: We love our neighborhood, nice neighbors, the proximity to downtown as well as many other areas such as Opry Mills, Hendersonville, East Nashville, etc.
Q: What drew you to your property originally?
A: I grew up in this neighborhood, so the proximity to family and proximity to downtown.
Q: Where do you love to eat?
A: Don Julio Mexican restaurant is the best. We also love 5 Agaves in Old Hickory and BoomBozz in East Nashville. The Rivergate area has Chili's, Longhorn, Red Lobster, Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse, and Long Hollow Pizza and Pub.

A: Opry Mills, TJ Maxx (Rivergate), Old Navy (Rivergate), Hendersonville-Indian Lake area
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: It is a great community with many neighbors that have been here for many years. Our street has its own facebook page to communicate, and the neighborhood itself has its own Facebook page. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You will often see people out walking their dogs, riding bikes, etc.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?
A: I attended Neely's Bend Elementary school as a child, and I have worked there for the past 4 years. It is a very community and family-oriented school with wonderful staff and students. The staff are very supportive and truly care about their students. I do not know as much about the middle school and Hunter's Lane, but there are many children in our neighborhood that attend both schools. Also, as a resident of Davidson County, you will have access to choice schools and magnet schools which are some of the best schools in the state. There are also several private schools in the area (Goodpasture, Davidson Academy, St. Joseph's, and JPII).
Q. What drew you to the town?
A: Neely's Bend is a special and unique community in Nashville. There is lots of diversity and lots of kind people. We have Peeler Park which has lots of walking trails and views of the Cumberland River. Madison in general is growing and transforming. We have the new Eastside Bowl, the Roots Barn which is a new beautiful music venue that is almost completed. Yazoo recently relocated to Madison. We have many churches. We have a wonderful library with lots of events for children.
