Here’s What The Current Owners Have To Say:

Q: What do you love about your property?

A: We love the location, amenities, and the updated condo! We can drive to downtown, 12 South, Wedgewood-Houston, and Melrose in under 10 minutes, and we can get on the highway (I-440) in about one minute. It is a gated community, and our complex has a large pool and brand-new gym. Also, our condo has some recent upgrades that we love, like painted cabinets, new flooring, a touch faucet, and an all-in-one washer/dryer.

Q: What drew you to your property originally?

A: We wanted to be close to downtown and also be able to get to the Brentwood area quickly. We chose this area because it is about a 20-minute drive to Brentwood and close to everything in Nashville. We also wanted a spacious condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: Corner Bar South, Red Bicycle, and Tempo are across the street. Nolensville Pike is known for its diverse food scene; we like Mas Amigos and Degthai. Also, Hattie B's and most fast-food restaurants (McDonald's/Sonic/Wendy's) are in Melrose, which is about a five-minute drive away.

Q. Where do you love to shop?

A: We shop at 12 South, the Mall at Green Hills, and Hillsboro Village.

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?

A: There is something for everyone to do. We are within walking distance of Geodis Park, which regularly hosts soccer games and concerts. We are also close to the Fairgrounds, which has different events every weekend, such as the Nashville Fair or the flea market. We are five minutes away from Zanies Comedy Club, and we can easily drive/Uber downtown to Bridgestone Arena or Nissan Stadium.

Q: Is there anything else you would like to add about the schools or the area where you live?

A: We are close to Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and the University School of Nashville. We are also about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Q. What drew you to the town?

A: We came to Nashville for law school and decided to stay! Each Nashville neighborhood has a unique character, and there is always a new restaurant or activity popping up to try. We love all the different options the city has to offer.
