Here’s What The Current Owners Have To Say:

Q: What do you love about your property?

A: We love the uniqueness of being nestled into a large, growing community. It is within the city limits, but the home sits on the back side of the property near the woods and bluff that leads down to the river. While sitting on the enclosed porch, you experience wildlife—deer, rabbits, foxes, and wild turkeys with their young. You have the country setting while remaining in city limits within minutes with plenty to do.

We finished raising our boys here, which gave them the confidence to perform automotive maintenance and repair. This experience has led one of the boys to be a mechanic in the army while receiving his ASE certification in high school. We have flipped and restored many cars, all while being in a home setting. This place has been great for earning multiple incomes because of the buildings.

Q: What drew you to your property originally?

A: We liked the property location and that it is in city limits. We enjoyed being across from Ft Campbell, and having available access points to interstates. The property is also centrally located for my business.

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: Wow now that’s a hard question, because there are so many choices like Mexican, Korean, China King Buffet, Logan’s Roadhouse, Liberty Bar and Grill, Peabody’s, and the list goes on.

Q. Where do you love to shop?

A: We love to shop at the Fort Campbell Commissary, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, and several other mom and pop shops.

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?

A: The neighborhood is an older generation, but the other side, across the woods, offers a younger generation with new homes. The trailer park next to us is clean with new trailers, and they are very restrictive on who lives there.

Q. What drew you to the town?

A: Family and the Fort Campbell army base originally drew us to the town.
