A: The open floor plan on the first floor and modern features. With us having an end unit, we have a lot of privacy and have never heard anything through the walls from the unit next to us. The added window in the stairwell brings in a lot of great natural light, along with the large windows in the front and back of the home. There’s also a really beautiful magnolia tree view from the stairwell window!

A: It being a new build and in a little community. With the HOA, you also have the convenience of not having to fix anything on the exterior, and water is included.

A: It’s a straight shot down Lebanon Pike to downtown, five minutes to the airport, and an overall great central location without being downtown.

A: We weren’t too familiar with the Donelson area prior to moving here, but heard that it was going to be one of Nashville’s next up and coming areas. We can attest to that based on how much it has grown just in the year and a half we have lived here.
