Here’s What The Current Owners Have To Say:

Q: What do you love about your property?

A: I really value the privacy and quiet this home offers. It’s a place where I can unwind without much outside noise or distractions. The size is just right and easy to maintain, while still being comfortable and functional for everyday living. The neighborhood is another highlight with kind and respectful neighbors who create a sense of community. I know I can ask them for anything if I need it. The new roof adds peace of mind, because I know a major expense has already been taken care of. Plus, my office in Berry Hill is only about 8 minutes away, making daily life incredibly convenient.

Q: What drew you to your property originally?

A: What originally drew me to this home was the location in Crieve Hall. It’s a neighborhood that’s growing quickly, and I liked the idea of being part of that momentum. The home itself felt like the perfect size for me, with flexibility to comfortably have a roommate if needed. I also saw how well it could work for others. The previous owners used the layout for a young family, with a nursery upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. So, it easily fits that “starter home” profile.

The backyard privacy was another big factor for me. It’s rare to have a space where you don’t feel overlooked, and that made a big difference. The new roof also stood out right away, because I knew a major expense had already been taken care of. Additionally, since I travel often, the 15-minute commute from the airport made things incredibly convenient—especially with quick and affordable Uber rides to and from BNA.

Q: Where do you love to eat?

A: Crieve Hall Bagel is my go-to for breakfast. They have some incredible bagels and coffee, and it’s only about 3 minutes away, which makes it hard to beat. I also really enjoy Degthai and Curry Corner. Both are consistently good and great options when I want something flavorful and a little different.

Q. Where do you love to shop?

A: I’m constantly at Lowe’s, which is only about 5 minutes away—super convenient for any home projects. For more retail and dining options, 12 South is about 14 minutes away, and Green Hills Mall is around 15 minutes away. Grocery shopping is also incredibly easy, with several options like Whole Foods, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, and Sprouts. All of these are located within a 15-minute drive from home.

Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?

A: It’s a very convenient, well-kept neighborhood with everything you need close by. It’s quiet, safe, and the neighbors are friendly, making it an easy place to feel comfortable. Everything runs smoothly, and trash pickup is always on time. Maintenance is quick to respond. The lawn care is handled routinely. Overall, it’s a low-stress place to live where you don’t have to worry about the day-to-day details.

Q. What drew you to the town?

A: Crieve Hall’s growth is what initially drew me in. It’s an area with a lot of momentum, and I liked the idea of being part of that. It also has everything you could need close by, from grocery stores and restaurants to a nearby hospital and the airport. You’re just a short drive from downtown Nashville and Brentwood, and with quick access to I-65 and I-24, getting around Nashville is easy. Overall, it’s a very convenient, well-connected area that’s hard to beat.
