Additional comments from the current homeowners:

We have lived in our Crieve Hall home for 36 years and have loved every minute. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, which gave us security while raising our sons because we knew they could play safely outside. We spent many Sunday afternoons walking to Ellington Agricultural Center to pet the police horses or walking to Crieve Hall Elementary School to play on the playground. As our sons grew and became more active, they started playing baseball, and Crieve Hall Baseball is well known in the Little League arena. The ballfield is only a half mile from our house. Some evenings, we would walk to the ballfield and get a cheeseburger and ice cream while watching a ball game. Some of our best memories are sitting on the large patio with a glass of wine and watching the boys play. The yard is large enough to do a little sledding when it snows. With quick and easy access to the interstate, we could be in downtown Nashville in a few minutes to enjoy all the nightlife, professional sporting events, and fine dining. Later, as our sons grew up, the house was big enough to accommodate all their friends and still have some privacy with the additional apartment space for them to hang out in.
