You don't even have to get on the interstate to make it to Broadway in 12 minutes! We have quick access to all of East Nashville's restaurants and stores. Uber is also accessible and affordable on a late night.
Q: What drew you to your property originally?
A: We love the proximity to downtown and East Nashville. We also love that we have quick access to the major interstates for efficient travel times. We are still close to everything, but the neighborhood is calm and quiet. It has been an excellent first home for us!
Q: Where do you love to eat?
A: We enjoy Noko, Hawkers, Dino's, Five Points Pizza, Nicoletto's Italian, and Joyland.
Q. Where do you love to shop?
A: The Turnip Truck, Anaconda Vintage, Vinyl Tap, The Shoppes at Fatherland, and King Baby are all great shopping locations.
Q: What can you tell me about your neighborhood?
A: The neighbors are awesome! Everyone is super friendly and looks out for one another. It is a true East Nashville developing neighborhood. Also, the land next to our community has been zoned for a nature preserve/park, which will be amazing once it is available.

A: We are both Nashville natives who wanted to be close to family while not giving up the city lifestyle we had become accustomed to for both business and pleasure. Nashville has a special way of making a big city feel like a small town, and you can't replicate it!
