Franklin

Murfreesboro
Murfreesboro is a thriving community full of young adults and families. It is home to Middle Tennessee State University, which hosts more than 20,000 students each year. While this city is technically a college town, it is still a popular destination for residents in all stages of life. It offers shopping centers, parks, greenway systems, and kid-friendly activities. There is no shortage of incoming restaurants, coffee shops, and retail destinations.
Nashville
Most widely known for country music, Nashville is recognized around the world as “Music City.” Live performances of all types happen nightly throughout the downtown area. But Nashville is not just a destination for tourists. Over the years, the city has become home sweet home to more than 680,000 people. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops, small businesses, and large corporations have opened up shop around the community. Both the immediate downtown area and the outlying suburbs have gained housing opportunities. The city continues to grow as new citizens fall in love with Middle Tennessee.
Nolensville
A quiet community once made up of farm fields and antique shops is now experiencing significant growth. The beautiful country atmosphere fills this city while new shopping plazas and developments expand housing options. This lovely area is still home to small businesses and local favorites—restaurants and shops worth a stop. But the city’s proximity to both Brentwood and Smyrna sets it up as a lovely place for families to call home.
