Home Office

A sophisticated home office sits just beyond the entryway of 3007 Nolencrest Way. Its striking, deep blue accent wall inspires productivity and provides an impressive backdrop for video meetings. Two large front windows flood the room with natural light and offer a view over the front porch. Meanwhile, the finished wood flooring complements the wall tones and connects the room to the rest of the home. Work-from-home days are easily more enjoyable inside this beautiful home office.

Kitchen

The kitchen and dining spaces rest in the back corner of this gorgeous Franklin home. The bright white cabinets and backsplash reflect the natural light pouring into the room. An oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, and lovely granite countertops furnish this desirable kitchen space. A custom hood, with its rich, earthy tone, adds just the right amount of warmth to the space.

In addition to its other advantageous features, the kitchen includes a sizable butler’s pantry. A wine fridge, elegant cabinets, and a kitchen pantry take this space to the next level. Together, the well-furnished kitchen and butler’s pantry inspire culinary creativity.

Living Room

The open-concept layout of this Franklin house allows residents to move freely between the shared living spaces. The living room sits in view of the kitchen and dining spaces. A cozy fireplace creates a natural focal point for the room, while custom-built cabinets (added in 2020) provide ample storage space. Multiple windows surround the room, and recessed lighting adds to the natural glow of daylight. This is the kind of space that readily welcomes family game nights and quality time with friends.

Primary Suite

The primary suite instills an intrinsic air of tranquility. Tray ceilings with crown molding pull the eye upward and seemingly expand the space. Calming wall tones and plenty of natural daylight set the mood for relaxation.

The primary bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom. Double vanities, a tiled shower, a garden tub, and a private water closet provide the essentials for beginning and ending each day. This bathroom also includes a large window over the bathtub and a sizable walk-in closet. The primary suite elicits an ambiance of retreat and repose for its residents.
